1. What types of companies and professionals do you work with?

I work with SMEs, manufacturers, and professionals who sell online or want to eliminate manual work from their processes: companies needing to structure their presence on Amazon and Walmart, brands requiring content and a social media presence, and businesses looking to automate repetitive tasks with AI agents. Before marketing, my background was in manufacturing (wood industry and retail, 2017-2022): I understand products from the inside out.

2. How does a collaboration work, from the first contact onwards?

We start with an introductory call to understand your objective, active channels, and current situation. From there, I send you a written proposal detailing activities, priorities, and timelines. Throughout the project, you receive regular, data-driven updates, with a single point of contact: me.

3. Do you only handle Amazon or other channels as well?

Amazon and Walmart are the core of the business (catalog, content, advertising, daily account management), but I also handle affiliate management, social media management, and proprietary channels: website, e-commerce, and product configurators. Where it makes sense, I connect channels rather than managing them in silos.

4. What exactly are the AI agents and automations you build?

These are workflows that connect the tools you already use (email, spreadsheets, CRM, helpdesk, ERP) and independently handle repetitive tasks: sorting requests, preparing reports, updating price lists and documents, and monitoring sales data. I build them tailored to your process, and they remain yours, with the ability to intervene and modify them.

5. Do you also develop software, apps, and websites?

Yes. Through SevenSounz, the software studio I co-founded with Angelo Ferrandi, I develop web apps and PWAs (such as the Forge suite tools for makers and workshops), client websites, and 3D product configurators, such as the Wood You one you can try on this site.
