At 2:30 in the morning, I'm asleep. My computer isn't: it automatically starts preparing a video for a product, checks it frame by frame, and in the morning, leaves me the result, along with a diary of what it's done.
Is called WYMB., which stands for Would You Make Business?. It is the system of AI agents that I've built for my daily work on Amazon and social media. Starting this week, I'll be sharing it in a series of video tutorials: WYMB – Dream marketing machine.
An orchestra, not a robot that does everything
The mistake people make with artificial intelligence is asking it everything at once. The result is a lot of work, and a few mistakes that no one sees: a misspelled wording, a made-up product, a post published twice.
WYMB works in reverse. It's organized like an orchestra: each agent does one thing only And they do it well. One works on the Amazon listings, one on the graphics in five languages, one edits the videos, one prepares the social media calendar, one does the end-of-month accounts. The system is the director: he receives the work, passes it on to the right agent, checks the results, and brings it to me.
The rule that governs everything: nothing comes out without my approval.
Every job, before leaving, stops at a gate. I get a message on Telegram with the audition; I watch it, and only if I press Approve go ahead.
Even a "yes" written in chat isn't enough: the gate opens with just that button. It seems like a small detail, and that's why I trust it. The AI makes suggestions, checks itself, but the final decision remains mine.
What does it do, with real cases
In the series, each episode starts from a real work, with real screenshots (sensitive data obscured) and the permission of the partners I collaborate with:
- Complete Amazon Cards: Brand Analytics before texts, keywords hidden at the byte limit, upload files.
- Graphics and content A+: from secondary images to the same graphics in five languages.
- A video for each product: five scenes, one story, and the bad clips discarded before they reach me.
- Social calendar: duplicate control, different texts for each network, scheduling.
- End-of-Month Report and FBA Replenishment: Excel with live formulas, PDF, shipping plan.
- Books and translations: from the first finished book, The True Margin, to the translated cards without translating the brands.
What I'm not telling you (because it's not true)
Not everything is already in WYMB. Some steps are still done separately in scripts, and I'm bringing them into the system one at a time. In the series, you'll only see what actually works, and when something is still half-finished, I'll let you know.
