I do two things that seem distant but are actually connected: to sell what a company already has in its catalogue, and build the tools she lacks to do it without manual labor.

Sell
Marketplaces, affiliate marketing, and social media are three different ways to bring people to your product. The channel changes, not the metrics: sales, margins, and how much it costs to bring a customer home.

Headlines, bulletins, A+ content, and Brand Store; PPC campaigns with ACOS and TACOS under control; catalog, logistics, and support cases. We start with an account audit and address them by priority, not all at once.
A channel that pays per sale, not per click.
I set up the program from the ground up: tracking platform, commission structure, and partner rules. Then I recruit traffic drivers who actually buy, and we focus on margins rather than subscriber numbers.
A calendar that lasts all year, not three posts and then silence.
Strategy, original content (graphics, videos, text), and scheduled posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. At the end of the month, a report detailing what worked and what didn't.
Build
When the problem isn't selling more, but rather stopping doing by hand what could be done alone. This is where custom software comes in, along with those who manage the project from concept to delivery.
Digital collaborators who work while you do something else.
Workflows connected to email, spreadsheets, CRM, and helpdesk: they sort, prepare reports, and update documents. Each agent works within a clear framework, with limited permissions, a log of their work, and the ability to retrace their steps.
I don't start from the graphics, I start from the problem.
